We just arrived in Memphis and we are headed to Nashville on Saturday! Making our way across the US, only 2 more weeks! It's all going so fast, it's hard to remember which city or town I'm in at any given moment. As I type some lovely volunteers are making dinner for us...it smells so good. First of all my apologies for not blogging...I didn't realize how busy we would be and how little down time there would be. A quick recap....

The Riding:
Where to begin.... We rode out of the wonderfully flat streets of LA to the mountains. Day 1 was intense and I began realized just what I had got myself into...too late now! Since I have been training, I have ridden several different places. One of my favorite places has to be a spot in North Georgia, my friends and I named it the Tour de Amigos. It’s definitely a rural area, wide streets and not many cars, perfect for cycling. On the roads, there are routes marked out for 27, 45, 64 and 105 mile rides.
