How Not To Run Over A Dog

This is a question i continually am asking myself being the groups only vegetarian. It all began on a quite road in Arkansas. I was riding my bike minding my own business when a dog began to bark along side me. Being the dog friendly biker i am, I simply looked at it and thought "oh what a cute dog." Well was i wrong. "Host homes, churches and communities, Oh my!!"

The time: 9:28pm. The place: i don't remember,Oh ya LongView. I am currently sitting on a rather comfortable bed alone in my very own room in my new host families house. Three Weeks

Its been three weeks since we left Long Beach California. Three weeks!! Three weeks since my body didn't hurt. Three weeks since i slept through the night without my muscles freaking out! Wow

I have arrived!!it's been two days since I have arrived in la to be with the team. It's amazing what can happen in two days, friendships, new experiences, and a whole lot of laughs. A trail gone....

It was another beautiful average day here in western massachusetts......I jumped on my bike to ride one of my favorite loops. I have not taken this particular route since the fall. Now that the snow is leaving

Now that the snow is leaving my corner of the world it is time again to jump on the bike and begin ridding outside again. Its only been a week since the last storm came through and dumped a foot of storm on our doorsteps. But in true New England fashion the snow is almost gone and temperatures are reaching above freezing.
