Three Weeks

Its been three weeks since we left Long Beach California. Three weeks!! Three weeks since my body didn't hurt. Three weeks since i slept through the night without my muscles freaking out! What an amazing three weeks! I am doing something that involves every part of myself: Body, mind and spirit. In three weeks i have grown to recognize my abilities for i am actually biking across America. Who does that? This girl that's who. In three weeks i have pushed my mental capacity so far i never thought possible. Three weeks ago i have also begun on a spiritual journal of sorts. Amazing things have happened and amazing things will continue to happen. Three weeks feel like a life time. Its been three weeks since i have left Long Beach California with a bunch of strangers. In three weeks they have all grown to have a special place in my heart. Without each of them i would not be able to achieve this incredible feet. This is not a trip of individuals biking across America, this is a group of amazing people who together can achieve everything and anything. It takes a village of riders to enhance the lives of a village in Africa, and it all happened in three weeks, who would of guessed. In three weeks, what can you do?

Hey Lyzz...you are soooo right about this being life changing. When I used to go down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon...we would tell people to wait at least 5 days for their bodies to get onto "geological time", then start their personal journey through time. Enjoy the changes...that what life is all about. Embracing the constant Change....Love you... Michelle
