About Me:
Energtetic, passionate, dedicated....

I am Kenyan, undergraduate in Kenyatta University and Blood:Brother Generation project officer. I am a volunteer program trainer with I Choose Life – Africa (www.ichooselife.or.ke), an organization that conducts peer education training and life skills capacity building in institutions of higher learning in Kenya.
I believe in bringing passion and hope for a better life; working towards improving and transforming lives. Inspiration guides me to being with people who face excruciating challenges from HIV/AIDS. I have talent in - Speech writing, public speaking, motivational speaking, oral presentations, and profiling.

I am spiritual, I have passion for improving/transforming the quality of human life, I believe in supporting to inspire people to assert their rights to better and healthier lives. Advancing essential healthcare and sanitation can save souls worldwide.

I believe that access to quality life is a fundamental human right. In light of I Choose Life’s mission, I envisage being that part of concerted efforts towards realizing an AIDS Free Africa. I have first hand experience in the need for providing hope and humanitarian assistance, now more than ever for the internally displaced persons after post election violence in Kenya.

I want to benefit from the intense adventurous and extreme nature of Blood: Water mission/Ride Well Tour intense faith-forming and life-shaping experiences. I appreciate physical challenge; endure scarcity of resources and opportunity; I ultimately envisage identifying with Christ’s sacrifice, compassion, courage and character.

In tandem with B:WM mission, I intend to discover the potency of my strength in sacrifice for the needy, my courage in adversity, my ability to talk and walk hope amidst injustice and disaster. I want to provide recognizable effortful contribution to linking of needs, talents and continents.

I wholeheartedly join this LIFETIME ride!

Hey Gregg! Just wanted to say awesome work!!!! Daren and I are so proud of you for putting in all those miles. Seems like just yesterday you were talking about it on the BWM message board. Best wishes! If you feel like hitting the trail next..just give us a shout:) (But my guess is a Lazy Boy recliner is higher on the priority list, LOL)

Grace and Peace,
Amie

I stay away from pancakes unless I'm near a bed. Your blog about the crawfish is so funny. I've never had a crawfish because in high school, we had to dissect them. People found bugs in their bellies from their last meals. Blech!! For you, aren't they too close to crabs? Don't tell your momma.

Nayu Kamwana,
Bet you still know how to pronounce 'issues' our way! Nway muendee ata? I understand you survived the first century; from what am reading on the blogs! Boy, how about doing some architectural classes; a farm house with piped water in Kikima would do well for the town. keep strong and God bless thee

Hey, Gregg, Congratulations on surviving your first century! At least, this is what Don wrote on his blog. He thinks century rides are overrated - also something he wrote on his blog. How was it for you?? I can barely ride 5 miles without hurting - unless it's downhill. That's why I drive. I'm glad to know you all made it safely. I was praying for you. I can't imagine being on a bike for that long. So, what you guys are doing is really incredible to me. Keep on riding!

Its well so far, everyone is sore everywhere - some people die several times in a day, but we are happy that the good Lord always ressurects us somewhow!
